I have been using Reach Broadband internet for over 5 years. In that 5 years, there have been hundreds of outages and I have been without internet a massive number of times. I have never once received any credit for the outages. I finally decided to start documenting the outages so everyone will know about Reach Broadband in Arp, Texas.

TV Cable sinking to new depths
Reach has always had problems with its network channels. The reception is always bad. On April 8, NBC, which had always been on two different channels, was completely gone. Channel 9 NBC has been replaced with ARTS channel and when I saw it, all that was playing was ballet. I'm sure De Leon has a lot of ballet fans YEAH RIGHT.
March 25 internet outage
After enduring a 19 hour outage on March 24 and 25, the internet went back off at around midnight March 26 and didn't come back on until around 5pm on March 27. Total outage 17 hours.

TV Cable outage
3-30-13 TV cable out for several hours. This is usually the time of month that Reach doesn't pay their bill to DirecTV for feeds.

TV Cable outage
All networks were out on March 2 and 3. As usual, the DirecTV screen came up urging Reach Broadband to pay their past due bill. Even when the networks are on, the picture quality is bad.

TV cable out in De Leon for over 8 hours
Wednesday, Feb. 13th, De Leon's tv cable was out for over 8 hours. As in hundreds of times before, the Dish Network screen shows that indicates Reach Broadband didn't pay its bill. Calls to Reach once again resulted in rude customer service reps with bad attitudes. I wonder how they would feel if their tv and internet had went out hundreds of times in the past.
