The guys at Reach Broadband working hard to serve their customers. NOT!

October 19, 2012 outage

12:56 am totally lost connectivity. Came back on at 4am. 4 hour outage. I do believe Reach is shutting people down at various hours during the night but they always deny it. Do you really expect them to admit it?

No ZZ Top for us!

A couple of weeks ago, Reach tv cable went out during Jay Leno when ZZ Top was the guest. Everyone around here had to miss out on this treat. We've even missed superbowls because of their incompetence.

Reach Broadband's internet has been going off on a regular basis at all hours of the day and night lately. Too much to even keep up with here.

October 4, 2012 Outage

12:50am went off for 10 minutes, then came back on sprodically. Connection is very unreliable and all downloads fail. Youtube video fails. Business as usual for the world's worst internet service.
